




Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring the proper functioning of facilities and compliance with safety regulations. Risk analysis and incident tracking Maintenance Coordinator – Jalisco Location: Zapopan, Jalisco Main Responsibilities: * Conduct regular inspections of the Jalisco Complex or Guadalajara Delegation Office facilities to verify the proper operation of various areas. * Coordinate and supervise the activities of personnel under your supervision during work execution. * Prepare and track preventive, corrective, and emergency corrective maintenance reports, as well as activities performed during each shift. * Maintain constant communication with the company and your team for proper planning and execution of maintenance tasks. * Ensure order and cleanliness in work areas. * Maintain continuous coordination with the Jalisco Maintenance and Operations Office team during service execution. * Receive, address, and follow up on the Bank’s requests and requirements. * Supervise personnel compliance with industrial safety and environmental conditions. * Verify that personnel have and correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), in accordance with current regulations. * Conduct risk analyses and assess safety conditions during service execution. * Promptly report to the Bank any risks, incidents, or relevant situations identified during work.
