**OPENING: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/CUSTOMER SERVICE** A major company in the telecommunications industry is seeking an **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT and CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE** with a degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. Location: Tampico, Tamaulipas Positions available: 1 Age: 18 to 35 years **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Address customer inquiries and provide guidance (via phone, social media, or in person) * Prepare residential service contracts for customers * Scan contracts and upload them to the administrative NAS and to each customer's profile on the proxy * Provide information regarding payment methods, dates, and references * Record cash payments from customers paying at the office, or any payments received at the cash register, into the daily cash drive (INCOME) during customer service shift changes. **KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:** * Billing requirements 3\.3 and 4\.0 * Excel (6 months to 1 year of experience) **REQUIREMENTS:** * Numerical and analytical skills * Teamwork * Organization * Responsibility * Good communication skills * Work recommendation letters Employment type: Full time, Indefinite term Salary: $8,592\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Relocation: * Tampico, Tamps.
