




**Job Description:** At **Pimsa**, a company with over 47 years in the market and a national leader in hardware product distribution, we are looking for a **Sales Manager**, one for the **local area (Tampico)** and another for the **remote area**. We are seeking candidates with **experience in field sales, outside sales, distribution, or wholesale sales**, preferably in the **hardware, automotive parts, or distribution sectors**. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise, lead, and develop the field sales team. * Establish sales routes and plans. * Ensure monthly sales targets are met and customer portfolio growth. * Visit and follow up with hardware and wholesale clients. * Open new clients and markets. * Daily reporting, performance metrics, and tracking of key indicators. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in field sales, outside sales, or the hardware sector. * Experience leading teams (coordinators, supervisors, or managers). * Ability to work under objectives. * Willingness to travel (for the remote position). * Service-oriented attitude, leadership skills, and results-driven focus. **We Offer:** * **Base salary: $25,000 MXN per month** * **Performance bonuses: up to $20,000 MXN per month** * **Company vehicle** * **Statutory benefits** * Social Security * Job stability and growth opportunities within a solid company Employment type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
