UNIFORM COMPANY IS SEEKING AN OPERATIONS COORDINATOR FOR SEWING MACHINERY Requirements: * 1 year of experience in a similar position * Collaboration, leadership, productivity, organization, and results orientation. Knowledge: * Management of multidisciplinary teams, strategic planning, decision-making, and personnel management. * Operation of machinery used in textile production processes, process management, and techniques for continuous improvement. * Coordinate and supervise production processes, from cutting to product delivery, ensuring timeliness, quality, and efficiency, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and achievement of business objectives. Responsibilities: * Plan short-, medium-, and long-term production. * Digitally track cutting orders, production, embroidery, and warehouse activities. * Supervise the cutting area and coordinate it with marking and production. * Verify that cutting orders are accurate and complete. * Supervise the proper execution of production and outsourcing processes. * Keep daily logs and agenda updated.
