Accountant What are we looking for? * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Certified Public Accountant * Knowledge: General Accounting, Financial Accounting, Electronic Accounting, Budgeting, Knowledge of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) Objective: Ensure accurate recording of accounting transactions for Business Units in accordance with group-established policies and procedures, inventory management, and participation in budgeting processes Responsibilities: * Accounting entries * Information analysis * Reconciliation and consolidation of accounting accounts * Support during physical inventory counts * Participation in initiatives * Oversight of 7 companies (Ener, Escargo, Arrecife, Qualdra, Marlin, JL, Inntek, TR) * Pre-closing and monthly closing activities * Management and control of miscellaneous debtors * Coordination with internal, external, and SAT (Mexican Tax Authority) audits * Preparation of financial information for Business Units to ensure accurate consolidation * Preparation of weekly financial closings to achieve timely and accurate monthly closings per the established calendar * Presentation and analysis of weekly and monthly closings with each Business Unit Manager to review actual operational performance versus budgeted targets * Reconciliation of trial balances for each Business Unit to ensure account balances are accurate * Advisory support to administrative staff across Business Units to ensure correct daily accounting entries, invoicing, and purchase order processing * Support in conducting inventories at applicable Business Units * Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) What do we offer? * Base salary * Attractive bonuses * Benefits exceeding legal requirements (Savings Fund, food vouchers, 30-day year-end bonus, Savings Box) * Flexible working hours * Training and professional development * Team-building activities and events throughout the year * Social responsibility initiatives If this position matches your expectations and you meet the requirements, please apply via this page and send an email with your updated CV, along with your salary expectations.
