Our team is growing, and we need forward\-thinking, uncompromising, competitive team members to continue to facilitate our growth. **Position Summary:** The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the partner network to drive indirect sales growth for the company's video telematics solutions in the Mexico Market. This individual will lead channel partner relationships, including value added resellers, distributors, system integrators, and strategic alliances, ensuring these partnerships are productive and aligned with the company's overall sales and revenue objectives. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales execution, and strong relationship management to promote the company's products through partners while ensuring customer satisfaction and successful implementations. **Essential Functions:** **Channel Strategy Execution:** * Execute a comprehensive channel strategy, including partner segmentation, recruitment, enablement, and engagement plans. * Collaborate with sales leadership to align channel strategy with direct sales efforts. **Partner Relationship Management:** * Develop and nurture long\-term relationships with channel partners, fostering trust and mutual growth. * Regularly meet with partners both remotely and in\-person to review performance, opportunities, and jointly developed strategies for success. **Revenue Generation \& Sales Growth:** * Drive revenue growth through channel partners by setting sales targets and ensuring accountability to these goals. * Track sales forecasts, pipeline, and performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded. * Identify and address any performance issues or challenges faced by partners. **Training \& Enablement:** * Work closely with marketing, solutions engineering, and sales enablement to develop strategies and content that support channel partners' marketing and sales efforts. * Ensure partners are fully enabled to represent and sell video telematics solutions, including understanding value propositions, use cases, and technical specifications. **Partner Program Development:** * Manage partner incentive programs, including rebates, marketing funds, and co\-selling initiatives, to drive sales growth. * Create and optimize partner onboarding processes, ensuring quick and effective enablement. **Collaboration \& Communication:** * Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and customer support) to align go\-to\-market strategies, support partners with marketing initiatives, and resolve any customer or technical issues. * Provide regular feedback and insights to the product and R\&D teams based on partner and customer input. **Market Analysis \& Expansion:** * Conduct ongoing market research to identify new opportunities for channel growth, including emerging markets and potential partners. * Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to ensure the company's offerings remain competitive and aligned with market demands. **Additional** **Region\-Specific****Requirements** **(MEXICO)****:** * Demonstrated ability to build trust and long\-term relationships within the Mexican business environment, including understanding regional business etiquette and negotiation styles. * Experience navigating informal business practices and long sales cycles common within Mexico. * Familiarity with local commercial law, contract enforcement, and compliance requirements relevant to channel sales and technology solutions. * Proven track record of enabling partners through hands\-on training, co\-marketing, and sales process development, especially in markets where demand for new technology is still emerging. * Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences. * Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Mexico, including frequent trips to Monterrey and other key regions, to support partners and drive market expansion. **Qualifications:** * Integrity: Establish and maintain honest, effective relationships with employees at all levels in the organization and gain their trust and respect. Eagerness to be part of a team\-unit and cooperate in the accomplishment of departmental goals and objectives. **Experience/Training** * A minimum of 5\-7 years of experience in channel sales or partner management within the technology industry, preferably in video telematics, fleet management, or IoT. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through a partner network, with measurable outcomes. Proven experience in recruiting and managing a diverse range of channel partners across different markets and geographies.
