




Position Summary: General physician for clinical consultation, diagnosis, minor procedures, preventive medicine, and administrative management in a clinic. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conducts clinical consultations and detailed diagnoses. 2. Performs minor procedures such as wound dressings and injections. 3. Provides preventive medicine and health education to patients. 1. Clinical Consultation and Diagnosis * **Clinical interview:** Compilation of the patient’s detailed medical history. * **Physical examination:** Measurement of vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature) and systematic physical assessment. * **Diagnosis and treatment:** Identification of acute conditions (e.g., influenza, gastrointestinal infections, minor injuries) and chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension). * **Prescription issuance:** Prescription of medications, which patients typically purchase at the adjacent pharmacy for convenience. 2. Office-Based Procedures In addition to verbal consultation, the physician performs minor interventions: * **Wound dressings and suturing:** Management of superficial wounds or suture removal. * **Injection administration:** Delivery of intramuscular or intravenous medications. * **Ear irrigation:** Removal of cerumen impaction. * **Glucose and blood pressure measurement:** Rapid monitoring for patients with metabolic disorders. 3. Preventive Medicine and Patient Education The general physician not only treats illness but also educates patients: * **Basic nutritional counseling:** Guidance on healthy dietary habits. * **Interpretation of diagnostic tests:** Review of laboratory results and radiographic images. * **Timely detection:** Identification of risk factors and referral to specialists when necessary (e.g., gynecology, cardiology, etc.). 4. Administrative and Regulatory Management Given strict healthcare regulations, compliance is required with: * **Medical records:** Maintenance of up-to-date patient records (paper-based or electronic). * **Medical certificates:** Issuance of documents certifying health status for academic or occupational purposes. * **Epidemiological reporting:** Notification to health authorities upon detection of notifiable diseases (e.g., influenza or dengue outbreaks). Work schedule: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
