Position Summary: The Casino Assistant is responsible for sanitizing the kitchen and dining areas of Aramark's casinos, maintaining cleanliness of equipment and service areas, and consistently delivering exemplary customer service. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays **Job Description** --------------------------- The Casino Assistant is responsible for sanitizing the kitchen and dining areas across Aramark's various casinos. This position requires individuals with strong attention to detail, a deep commitment to customer service, and positive, friendly behavior. This role maintains cleanliness of food service equipment and service areas. **Job Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Sanitize kitchen and dining area; descale and wash dishes/pots; provide service at self-service lines. * Consistently deliver exemplary customer service. * May be required to prepare and serve hot food. * May be required to work as a kitchen expeditor, keeping orders organized and ensuring timely delivery to correct tables. * Ensure accurate handling of all food products and equipment to maintain food safety standards at all times. * Ensure cleanliness of the food service work area; perform daily secondary tasks; ensure required records are completed promptly; and complete any restocking and cleaning tasks. * Maintain accurate accounting and waste records. * Must be able to work with diverse people in an encouraging and positive manner. * Handle customer complaints respectfully. To meet our goals, job responsibilities may change or new ones may be added without formal notice. **Qualifications** ------------------- * Comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies, and energy. * Report to work on time and in full uniform. * Maintain scheduled cleaning of equipment and facilities. * Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills. * Must be flexible and willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. This position may involve physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or walking and standing for extended periods.
