The company METALIZACIONES INDUSTRIALES Y MARINAS is looking for an ADMINISTRATOR with knowledge in ACCOUNTING / ADMINISTRATION / TAXES / COSTS / TREASURY for a subsidiary company located in Colonia Morelos Tampico in the primary fishing sector (Seafood and fish): SEX: Indistinct MARITAL STATUS: Indistinct AGE RANGE: 25 to 45 years (MANDATORY) EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree candidate or graduate / Degree in Accounting, Public Accountant, Business Administration EXPERIENCE: Accounting firm, at least 1 year of practical experience KNOWLEDGE: General understanding of accounting records, inventory taking, costs, report management and follow-up, Financial Information Standards, tax calculations (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN), payroll and budgets. SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY: Windows, Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Must have knowledge of electronic banking, invoicing systems, Online XML or other systems. ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Knowledge in Treasury, tracking cash deposits into accounts and electronic banking. \* Monitoring preparation of invoices paid to suppliers for purchases, carefully managing the business's fiscal aspects. \* Follow-up on monthly file preparation, dead files archiving and cleanup. \* Preparation of cost reports. \* Preparation and follow-up of collections reports. \* Inventory taking, tracking product entries and exits stored in cold storage, as well as those delivered by vessels upon arrival at the dock. \* Vessel follow-up reports (Crew and Captain), review of logbooks. \* Preparation of quotations and purchases for the office and vessels. \* Sending business accounting documentation to external accounting firm. \* Reporting pending items, observations and follow-up on client invoicing. \* Follow-up on VAT refund applications to SAT. \* Processing procedures with the Ministry of Environment, SEMARNAT and other business-related agencies.
