Uniform company seeks Accountant-Auditor **Requirements**: * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * 1.5 years of experience in similar positions * Knowledge of general accounting, tax filings with the SAT, calculation and payment of taxes (ISR, VAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT), and financial statements. * Proficiency in CONTPAQ software, Microsoft Office suite, bank reconciliations, electronic invoicing, and payroll administration. **Responsibilities:** * Issue invoices to customers for purchases made. * Process payroll payments timely and accurately. * Make payments to suppliers and track receipt of goods. * Control and record orders for supplies, as well as monitor arrival of general merchandise. * Monthly review of compliance with programs and objectives across Accounting, Sales, and Production departments. * Update and organize accounting and administrative documentation. * Monitor payments for contracted services. * Prepare payroll and execute biweekly disbursement. * Perform preliminary tax calculations.
