Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, including equipment operation, HVAC, electricity, and electrical work, following safety and hygiene standards. Handling of safety and hygiene protocols **A prominent industrial company is seeking an INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** Requirements: \- Letter of recommendation from most recent employer \- Technical degree in maintenance KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE: Reporting of any anomalies. * Equipment operation and handling (only when necessary): manlifts, freight elevators, overhead cranes, hot work, and manual load lifting. * HVAC * LOW- AND MEDIUM-VOLTAGE ELECTRICITY * Electrical work, including isolation of residual energy sources. * Drywall installation * Painting * Performing activities under 5S standards * Prior experience applying safety and hygiene protocols. **WORK LOCATION: POZA RICA, Poza Rica \- Palma Sola Highway, Km 3, opposite Tajin Golf Club,** Morning shift: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Free uniform and footwear * Monthly salary of $12,000; paid biweekly * 100% IMSS coverage Salary: $11,900.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking Workplace: On-site employment
