




Consulting firm offering various administrative and legal labor services seeks a **Labor Relations Executive (Implementation Executive)** **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, or related field. \- **Degree holder.** Experience: 2 years as Labor Relations or HR Assistant or Analyst. Knowledge: * General HR knowledge * Basic understanding of labor law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, resignations, terminations * Experience using electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign or similar * Participation in implementation projects, HR onboarding, or inductions at a company or project level * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency Skills: * Frustration tolerance * Communication skills * Active listening * Persuasiveness * Dynamism **Main responsibilities** 1\. Signing contracts at client facilities (field work) 2\. Delivering documentation to clients per company requirements 3\. Assembling hiring kits. 4\. Delivering signed documentation both digitally and physically; filing documents. 5\. Ensuring an enriching onboarding experience for employees and delivering a clear, articulate explanation of benefits. 6\. Reporting activities to meet KPI targets 7\. Administrative tasks related to onboarding new clients. **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm **Salary and benefits** Salary: $14,000 gross \+ Statutory benefits **Work location:** 10 minutes from San Joaquín metro station, Granada neighborhood, Miguel Hidalgo borough Position type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
