We are looking for a **Location Coordinator** with an engineering background and experience in operational management. **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (internship or degree completed). * Minimum of **1 year of experience as a department supervisor** or similar position. * Knowledge in: Maintenance, logistics, and warehousing. * Problem analysis and resolution skills. * Basic English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Leadership, planning, and decision-making skills. **Responsibilities:** * Schedule, direct, and control **maintenance and repair processes of intermodal equipment** at the assigned location. * Ensure compliance with customer requirements regarding **productivity, performance, and quality standards**. * Achieve the location's **operational and economic profitability objectives**. * Efficiently manage **human, material, and technical resources**. * Supervise and coordinate production, logistics, and warehouse operations. * Identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions to optimize operations.
