We offer: * **Net Salary:** $14,000 MXN per month. * **Job stability** and an excellent team-oriented work environment. **Position Requirements:** * **Age:** 22 to 50 years old. * **Education:** Completed secondary school. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 verifiable years in heavy-duty diesel mechanics. * **Skills:** Proactive, responsible, honest, able to work under pressure, and flexible availability. **Required Technical Knowledge (Mechanic Level B):** * Diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electronic failures in engines: **Cummins, DD15, and Volvo**. * Operation of **Eaton Fuller transmissions** and **Meritor differentials**. * Proficiency in air brake systems (including ABS functionality). * Hydraulic steering and pneumatic suspensions for tractors, trailers, and dollies. * Use of diagnostic scanners for vehicle units. **Primary Responsibilities:** * **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:** Ensure optimal operation of transport units in the shortest possible time. * **Active Diagnosis:** Scanning of units and repair of failures reported by operators. * **Major Repairs:** Engine interventions on diesel engines, clutch replacements, electrical circuit repairs, and air system repairs. * **Workshop Management:** Moving units, general lubrication (kingpins, sliders, and fifth wheels), as well as maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. * **Environmental Responsibility:** Proper disposal of waste (oils, filters, etc.) and strict use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Professional development and growth plan * Job stability * Subsidized cafeteria * Employee transportation * Life insurance * Option for indefinite-term contract * Exclusive discounts Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service Workplace: On-site employment
