Job Summary: Supervise team punctuality, attendance, and production in the Alterations and Tailoring department, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and organize production in the tailoring and alterations department. 2. Advise customers and ensure their satisfaction with alterations. 3. Train staff and ensure process quality. 1\. Conduct daily supervision of team members' punctuality and attendance during daily walkthroughs of the Alterations and Tailoring area to organize daily production. 2\. Categorize garments by alteration type—Type 1 (waist take-in/let-out, zipper replacement, button alignment) and Type 2 (neckline adjustment, waist fitting, jacket length adjustment, sleeve shortening/lengthening, waist take-in/let-out, shoulder adjustment, back height adjustment, pant tapering/relaxing)—to distribute work evenly among operators and supervise quality, productivity, and delivery timelines. 3\. Assist customers requiring Alterations and Tailoring services—take measurements, mark garments—to provide professional advice ensuring customer satisfaction with their alterations. 4\. Supervise daily cleanliness of the area, equipment, and materials to ensure proper garment repair processes. 5\. Perform complex garment repairs requiring expert review and train operators and tailors as needed. 6\. Monitor and maintain continuity of repair order statuses via the SAP system, reviewing performance indicator reports to avoid missing promised customer delivery deadlines. 7\. Generate monthly productivity reports per operator in the Alterations and Tailoring department to balance production.
