We are looking for a PLC Programmer with solid experience in industrial automation, controller programming, HMI development, and industrial network diagnostics. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive sector and will participate in integration, commissioning, and process optimization projects. **Essential Technical Requirements** **\+ 7 years of experience in:** * Siemens PLCs: TIA Portal and Step 7 (advanced level) * Ladder programming (advanced) and Structured Text (desirable) * Development using Function Blocks, UDTs, and modular logic * Siemens KTP HMI: design, diagnostics, alarms * Industrial networks: Profinet, Profisafe, Modbus TCP * Safety: PLC Safety, safety relays, light curtains and scanners **System Integration:** * Industrial robots * Vision systems (Cognex / Keyence) * Variable frequency drives (VFDs) * Pneumatics, screwdrivers, IO\-Link, Remote IO **Key Experience** * Projects in the automotive industry * Interpretation of electrical and instrumentation diagrams * Debugging and optimization of existing logic * Commissioning and startup support for production lines **Responsibilities** * Programming and configuration of Siemens PLCs * Development of structured and reusable logic * HMI design and configuration * Diagnostics of failures in PLCs, HMIs, and networks * Configuration of industrial networks * Implementation and validation of safety systems * Integration of industrial equipment and peripherals * Field support, cycle time optimization, and productivity improvement * Generation of technical documentation and progress reports **Competencies** * Field-based analysis and problem solving * Decision making under pressure * Results orientation * Effective technical communication * Technical leadership (coordination of activities / team support) **Plus (not mandatory)** * Experience leading projects or technical teams * Knowledge of safety standards (ISO, industrial regulations) * Technical English * SITRAIN certifications or PLC-related certifications **What We Are Looking For** A practical, execution-oriented profile with real field experience and the ability to autonomously solve problems **Estimated project duration: 6 months** Employment type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Salary: $35,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
