A leading company in the commercial sector is looking to integrate a Door-to-Door Sales Representative into its team to perform direct and face-to-face sales, offering products or services in a personalized manner with a results-driven focus. Position Objective Conduct prospecting, sales, and post-sale follow-up in person within assigned areas, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets. Main Responsibilities Prospecting and client generation: Travel assigned routes or zones to identify potential customers (households or businesses) and build a solid client portfolio. Visits and direct contact: Offer products or services face-to-face, presenting benefits and resolving customer inquiries. Demonstration and closing sales: Persuade customers, finalize sales, and record results. Management and follow-up: Organize weekly visit schedules and activities. Register customer and prospect information in system or database. Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction and customer retention. Meeting objectives: Achieve established goals and contribute to the growth of the sales department. Requirements Desired experience in door-to-door sales, promotion, or face-to-face customer service. Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and enjoyment in interacting with people. Ability to negotiate and close sales. Education: Completed high school or higher. Availability to perform 100% field work. We Offer Weekly salary: $1,950 Service placement bonus.
