This role transforms business needs into well-structured technological solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Define system architecture (overall structure, modules, databases, APIs, security, and data flows). * Select appropriate technologies (programming languages, frameworks, cloud infrastructure, databases). * Supervise front-end and back-end developers’ work, ensuring quality standards. * Document architecture and technical decisions. * Design integration between systems (e.g., CRM, WhatsApp API, billing, internal applications). * Ensure software security, performance, and scalability. * Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to the development team. * Coordinate deployments and testing environments with DevOps. * Update architecture as the company’s requirements evolve. **Essential Technical Knowledge** * Languages: Node.js, Python, PHP, **Java**. * Frameworks: Express, NestJS, Django, Laravel, or Spring. * Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. * REST / GraphQL APIs. * Cloud infrastructure: AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. * Version control (Git / GitHub / GitLab). * Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker). * Integrations with WhatsApp API, Stripe, Twilio, or Firebase. * Security knowledge, authentication (JWT, OAuth2\), and DevOps best practices. * Experience developing software that interacts with networking or telecommunications equipment—such as routers, switches, OLTs, or other communication devices—via network protocols or APIs. **Soft Skills** * Clear communication (translating technical topics for non-technical audiences). * Technical leadership and ability to teach others. * Planning capability and product vision. * Complex problem-solving and analytical thinking. * Results-oriented mindset—not just code-focused. **Required Experience** Minimum 7 years of software development experience. At least 5 years designing architectures or leading large-scale projects. Experience with scalable systems, API integrations, or SaaS products.
