Monitors and analyzes video surveillance systems A national transportation sector company is seeking a CCTV monitoring assistant. The objective of this position is to prevent incidents, detect risky behaviors, and support the security of people, facilities, and assets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervision, monitoring, and analysis of video surveillance systems * On-site security through CCTV systems * Preparation of reports, presentations, and logs * Follow-up on investigations regarding incidents, lost items, integrity violations, or risk situations to identify root causes and determine areas for improvement * Reporting of accidents, hazards, emergencies, and/or disasters for prompt response * Reporting malfunctions in intelligent systems, shortages of work equipment, and infrastructure anomalies to enable timely corrective action **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * 1 year of experience * Computer and security software proficiency * Excel proficiency \- **Work Location:** Calle 16 de Septiembre \#902, Col. Obregón. \- **Availability for extended shifts:** * 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM – Two days * 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM – Two days * Two days off **Skills and/or Competencies:** Observation and concentration / Attention to detail and responsiveness / Analytical mindset and decision-making ability.
