Location On-site in León \- Schedule Part-time Monday to Saturday Fixed day off on Sunday Salary $5,500 to $7,000 MXN net per month **Job Objective** Perform software support and implementation activities, providing efficient customer service and assisting in the resolution of technical incidents. **Responsibilities** * Handle customer reports and incidents. * Diagnose technical problems. * Log and track support tickets. * Resolve incidents or escalate them to the appropriate department. * Train users on system usage. * Assist in software implementations. * Document solutions and common issues. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or implementation. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of: * Technical support and troubleshooting. * Basic Windows and Linux. * Basic networking (IP, ports, connectivity). * Remote access tools. * SCRUM or agile methodologies. * PHP, JavaScript, or related technologies. * Ionic (desirable). * Strong communication skills and customer interaction ability. **Skills** * Problem solving. * Organization. * Attention to detail. * Empathy and patience. * Clear communication. * Autonomy and proactivity. **We Offer** Continuous training.
