




Job Summary: Supports the optimization of footwear production processes, from material and cost calculations to quality control and new model development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Optimization of material usage in footwear production. 2. Support in the development and implementation of new models. 3. Measurement and standardization of operation times. High school diploma; technical degree in footwear production; industrial engineering intern or recent graduate. Gender: Female or Male **RESPONSIBILITIES (ASSISTANT)** * **Material and Consumption Calculation:** Determine the exact quantities of leather, synthetic materials, linings, and soles required for each model, optimizing material usage to reduce waste. * **Production Cost Calculation:** Assist in structuring direct and indirect costs per pair of shoes. * **Time and Motion Study:** Measure and standardize operation times across cutting, stitching (sewing), lasting, and finishing lines to increase productivity. * **Technical Documentation:** Create and update technical sheets, process structures, and "lay\-outs" (plant layout). * **Support in New Model Development:** Assist senior designers and engineers in implementing new styles from prototype to mass production. * **Quality Control:** Monitor that production line processes comply with established quality standards. \[1, 2, 3, 4, 5] Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
