Job Summary: Provides technical training and consulting to customers and internal teams on the use and application of lighting products, develops teaching materials, and resolves technical inquiries. Technical leadership and teamwork Training Engineer / Architect **Work Area:** Azcapotzalco **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs; Saturday, 8:00–13:00 hrs **Salary:** $12,000–$14,000 MXN per month (gross) **We Offer:** Statutory benefits from day one **Direct employment with the company** **Job Objective:** To train and provide technical consulting to customers and internal teams regarding the use, application, and installation of lighting products/services and related offerings. **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver hands-on, practical technical training sessions. * Develop teaching materials and technical manuals. * Provide on-site or project-based consulting as required. * Resolve technical queries and conduct follow-up after training. * Support technical demonstrations and presentations. * Ensure proper application of technical standards and specifications. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (graduated or near graduation). * Experience in construction sites, supervision, or technical training. * Strong verbal communication skills and ability to teach effectively. * Knowledge of construction materials, building processes, lighting systems, and basic regulatory standards. * Flexible availability for working hours. * Proactive attitude and service-oriented mindset. * Clear and effective communication skills. * Technical leadership capability. * Organizational and planning skills. * Teamwork orientation. **If you are passionate about sharing your technical knowledge and growing professionally in the field of training, apply now and join our team!** Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00–$14,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
