We seek a manufacturing engineer with experience in assembly areas to join our team in Toluca. **What you can expect as an Assembly Manufacturing Engineer:** * APQP development participation: Fulfill APQP requirements applicable to your scope by providing supporting information. * Disposition of parts resulting from testing; maintain identification and control of samples until final destination. * Development and administration of process documentation: flowcharts, standardized work sheets, Process FMEA, control plans, setup plans, commissioning, etc.; design, development, and control of poka-yokes. * Creation of spare parts requisitions for wear parts and consumables to ensure machine operation; participate in defining and acquiring inspection, measurement, and test equipment; identify cost-of-manufacturing and productivity improvement opportunities, etc. * Process failure resolution: Address requests from various departments (production, quality, logistics) to correct deviations or failures in manufacturing processes; approve rework and the method to execute it prior to implementation. * Engineering change management: Analyze feasibility of internally and/or externally requested engineering changes and carry out required activities for their implementation. **Your profile as an Assembly Engineer:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. * Conversational English is mandatory. * Minimum 2 years of experience in final assembly processes—both automated and manual. * Experience in fault detection processes (PLC) and model changeovers. * Proficiency in GD\&T. * Basic PLC programming knowledge is desirable. * Strong command of Core Tools and APQP methodology for new launches. **Why choose ZF in Toluca?** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Global growth opportunities.
