Key responsibilities: \- Manage a customer portfolio for sales or retention according to each department’s requirements. \- Prevent cancellations and strengthen customer loyalty. \- Conduct strategic calls to identify and resolve customer needs. \- Make outbound calls to international customers. \- Present financial product portfolios and investment services. \- Handle objections and execute effective closings. \- Implement effective retention and negotiation tactics to maintain business relationships. \- Collaborate with the team to achieve retention and satisfaction goals. Essential requirements: \- Minimum 1 year of experience in retention and/or sales in the Forex\-trading sector (NON-NEGOTIABLE). \- Proficiency in CRM tools and Office 365\. \- Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills. \- Willingness to travel for projects; expenses covered by the company.
