Job Objective** Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of cloud and on\-premise infrastructures in high-criticality banking environments. The candidate will be responsible for designing CI/CD solutions, ensuring security, availability, and scalability of financial systems, and mentoring the technical team on DevOps best practices. **3\. Key Responsibilities** * **Infrastructure Design and Architecture**: Design, implement, and maintain cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on\-premise infrastructures compliant with banking security standards and regulations (PCI\-DSS, GDPR, local regulations). * **Automation and CI/CD**: Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using modern tools, ensuring secure and efficient deployments. * **Container Management and Orchestration**: Administer and optimize production Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. * **Monitoring, Logging, and Observability**: Implement centralized monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to proactively detect and resolve incidents. * **Security and Compliance**: Ensure all infrastructures comply with banking security policies, conduct security audits, and manage access based on the principle of least privilege. * **Database Management**: Administer production databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle), backups, replication, and disaster recovery. * **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**: Implement and maintain infrastructure via code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) for reproducibility and version control. * **Technical Leadership**: Mentor junior engineers, establish technical standards, perform code reviews, and promote DevOps best practices. * **Incident Management**: Lead responses to critical incidents, conduct post\-mortems, and document lessons learned. * **Cost Optimization**: Analyze and optimize cloud infrastructure costs without compromising security or performance. **4\. Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)** ✅ **Minimum 6 years of experience** in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles ✅ **Proven experience in banking or financial environments**, with knowledge of regulations (PCI\-DSS, GDPR, local regulations) ✅ **Advanced proficiency in Kubernetes** in production (minimum 3 years) ✅ **Solid experience with at least one cloud platform** (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in enterprise environments ✅ **Proficiency in CI/CD** and deployment automation ✅ **Experience with Infrastructure as Code** (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar) ✅ **Deep infrastructure security knowledge** and regulatory compliance expertise ✅ **Advanced scripting skills** in Bash, Python, or PowerShell ✅ **Experience in monitoring and observability** (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.) ✅ **Technical leadership and mentorship capability** ✅ **Excellent communication skills** in Spanish (required) and technical English ✅ **On\-call availability** and support during critical hours **6\.
