Leadership and problem-solving SITE SUPERVISOR – NUEVO VALLARTA (STEEL STRUCTURES SPECIALIST) A construction-sector company is seeking a **Site Supervisor** for a project located in **Nuevo Vallarta**, with proven experience in **steel structures**. The ideal candidate will supervise, coordinate, and control on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with established technical, safety, quality, and schedule standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities. * Direct the assembly, alignment, and welding of **steel structures**. * Ensure adherence to the construction schedule. * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and technical staff. * Monitor physical and financial progress of the project. * Report incidents, progress, and requirements to the engineering or site management department. * Implement and ensure compliance with industrial safety standards. * Verify drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulatory compliance. **Requirements:** * **Civil Engineering, Architecture**, or related degree (degree mandatory). * **Minimum 5 years of experience** as Site Supervisor. * **Proven experience in steel structures.** * Knowledge of construction and steel structure technical standards. * Proficiency in reading structural drawings. * Proficiency in construction management software (AutoCAD, REVIT, MS Project, Excel). * Leadership ability, problem-solving skills, and decision-making capability. * Availability to work on-site in **Nuevo Vallarta**. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Travel allowance support (if from out of town). * Opportunity for professional growth in large-scale projects. * Excellent work environment and committed team.
