**WE ARE SEEKING A RECRUITER:**
A Call Center located in the southern part of Mexico City is seeking a Recruiter specialized in attracting, selecting, and evaluating candidates with strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to adapt to high-pressure work environments—ensuring high-performing teams in customer service and early-stage collections.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, or a related field (professional license and degree certificate required).
* Two years of verifiable experience in a similar role (recruitment and selection of customer service agents, collections staff, and supervisory, quality assurance, and managerial positions).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory (Word, Excel / Intermediate level, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of the call center industry and experience in both operational and strategic call center roles.
* Experience using recruitment tools and technologies: job boards, social media platforms, and candidate filtering software.
* Experience drafting job advertisements for various organizational positions.
* Persuasive and effective communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently for large-scale, urgent hiring processes—as well as reducing turnover.
* Proficiency in key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment and selection.

**WORK SCHEDULE:**
* Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (including a 1.5-hour lunch break); Saturdays (half-day)
**WORK LOCATION:**
* Torrea area; for reference, we are located 5 minutes from the Perisur Metrobús and trolleybus stations, opposite the postgraduate campus of Ciudad Universitaria.
