A prestigious law firm with over 20 years in the market is currently seeking talent to join as: **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT** **Responsibilities:** * Control and archiving of physical and digital personnel files. * Organization, arrangement, and digitization of documents. * Updating and managing databases. * Handling and tracking personnel incidents. * Supporting onboarding procedures with IMSS. * Managing and tracking administrative schedules. * Monitoring and responding to emails via Outlook. * Preparing and entering data into Excel and Word. * General administrative support to the Human Resources department. * Coverage and assistance at the reception desk. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $10,000\. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Job stability and opportunities for professional growth. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in an administrative or Human Resources role. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Capital, Psychology, or related field. * Experience in filing and file control. * Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office suite. * Experience updating databases and document control. * Knowledge of incident tracking and experience using an incident tracking system or kardex. * Proficiency in Outlook and email tracking. **Work Location:** Mexico City, 10 minutes from Chapultepec metro station.
