About the Role We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) to join our core product team and lead the modernization of our digital health platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, has strong technical and communication skills, and is passionate about building impactful systems for underserved communities. You will work remotely but must be based in Mexico and fluent in English to support smooth collaboration with local stakeholders and our international team. * Own the transition of legacy systems to modern software development standards (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code). * Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of fullstack applications using ASP.NET Core and React.js. * Guide architectural decisions and implement best practices for reliability, scalability, and maintainability. * Collaborate closely with our Product Manager and UX Designer to deliver user\-centered features with real\-world impact. * Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and set engineering standards for a growing team. * Use Git, Jira, and Agile methodologies to track progress and collaborate efficiently across a distributed, multicultural team. * Help drive knowledge transfer from our current vendor (Zencode) and support a phased transition to full in\-house development. * Champion the introduction of modern tooling and practices into our current stack while balancing stability and speed. **Required Qualifications** * 5\+ years of experience in fullstack software development. * Good communication in English * Strong command of ASP.NET Core, React.js, and modern engineering tools. * Proven experience with legacy system modernization, DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code. * Familiarity with Git, Jira, Agile workflows, and remote\-first collaboration. * Fluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken). * A collaborative mindset and experience mentoring others in a fast\-paced environment. * A strong sense of ownership and attention to detail in both code and process. **Bonus Points For** * Experience working with healthcare systems or mission\-driven tech products. * Familiarity with AWS or other cloud providers. * Knowledge of accessibility standards and user\-focused design.
