Experience and Requirements * Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Industrial Engineering. * 3\+ years of practical experience in manufacturing operations. * Fluent in English, both written and spoken. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD. * Proven track record in tool design and development. * Experience in programming and operating automated equipment. * Ability to manage projects from start to finish. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
