We are seeking an experienced trainer to design, develop, and evaluate training programs for a national leader in private security.
Key Responsibilities:

2. Evaluation of teaching effectiveness

Hiring: **TRAINER**
Salary: **$8,500.00 Biweekly (tax-free)**
**Schedule:**
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday
8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
**Requirements**
\- Training experience
\- DC5\- (Preferred)
\- Completed Bachelor's degree
\- Time availability
\- Experience in private security
**Responsibilities**
\- Develop monthly training plans for departments including Operations, HR, and Customer Service
\- Design and develop training programs (external and/or internal)
\- Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g., simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, or professional development classes)
\- Promote available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary session information
\- Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments and identify capability or knowledge gaps requiring intervention
\- Apply established educational principles and stay current with emerging training methods and techniques
\- Design, prepare, and procure instructional aids and materials
\- Evaluate teaching effectiveness and determine training impact on KPIs and employee capabilities
