Focused on achieving objectives, ensuring that the defined production plan is executed within required safety, quality, and volume parameters; distributing workloads across the area. Manages human, material, and time resources to ensure proper production execution, monitoring key performance indicators to enable decision-making through leadership. Key responsibilities: Ensure personnel work in a safe environment. Ensure product and/or process quality meets established standards. Manage personnel. Meet production requirements. Promote and implement continuous improvement projects within the work area. Request risk assessments, report, and follow up on accidents, incidents, and findings identified in the work area. Lead root cause analyses, layered audits, and ensure area conditions are ready for external audits—all focused on quality. Education: Completed bachelor's degree. **Responsibilities** -------------------- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Directs and coordinates multiple wafer fab operations required in the production of semiconductor integrated circuits. Specific areas of responsibility may include, but are not limited to, wafer fabrication, assembly line maintenance, equipment engineering, process engineering and chemical mixing activities. Establishes production schedules based on product requirements and material supply. Manages budgets for equipment expenditures and direct/indirect labor.
