VACANCY: **PRIVATE SECURITY SUPERVISOR** Securitas Mexico Group is seeking NIGHT SHIFT SECURITY SUPERVISORS. *Fixed night shift: 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM (one day off per week)* Work mode: On-site. Join our team and become part of our company! **Responsibilities**: * Monitor attendance for all security personnel in case any position remains unfilled. * Provide support to the assigned client. * Develop and implement preventive actions to avoid incidents during service delivery. * Audit Coordinators and Shift Supervisors to ensure task compliance. * Effectively communicate plans to appropriate members of management and staff. * Support on-the-job training activities. * Continuously monitor and provide feedback to visible-security guards. * Conduct annual risk assessments of buildings (per CTPAT and OEA requirements). * Prepare and conduct preliminary investigations of security-related incidents. **Requirements**: * Managerial-level or asset protection security experience. * Extensive knowledge of emergency response procedures. * Experience managing work teams and interacting with internal clients. * Knowledge of physical security standards, report handling, and incident management. * Decision-making skills. * Familiarity with CTPAT and OEA standards. * Computer literacy and conversational English (not mandatory). * Knowledge of governmental laws and regulations. * Extensive personnel management expertise. **We Offer**: Base salary plus compensation.
