




Job Summary: Analytically and impartially evaluate Business Processes and Institutional Models to issue diagnostics and implement improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Objective: To analytically, impartially, and objectively assess the implementation level of the Company's Business Processes and Institutional Models, issuing accurate and reliable diagnostics that enable the execution of improvement actions. . Responsibilities, Duties, and Obligations: Audit business processes, MGyTSK tools (SuKarne Management and Transformation Model), and regulatory compliance according to the established program and process to ensure identification of nonconformities, adherence to internal requirements, and applicable regulations. Record and track corrective actions in the system based on audit findings to ensure root-cause resolution and prevent recurrence. Conduct corrective action audits by the committed deadlines to ensure regulatory compliance, prevent recurrence, and promote continuous process improvement. Prepare audit reports for each Tracking Matrix and Audit Matrix applied, to maintain control (reports, documentation, evidence) in the area’s official repository. Apply tests to tracking matrices to ensure documentary linkage of processes and their operational application. Education (Mandatory): Industrial Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, or related field. English (Mandatory for international audits (Premium Meats)). . Experience: Internal audits, Process audits, Quality regulations. Knowledge of continuous improvement models and systems, Evaluation of operational processes. Writing of process audit reports and summaries. Risk mitigation actions, risk identification and evaluation, QMS. . Knowledge: Company’s Business Processes. Quality Management System. Regulations (BRC, HACCP, GMP, ISO 19011 (Guidelines for management systems), Animal Welfare). Report writing. Ethical and impartial audit criteria and best practices. .
