Experience in managing electrical and electronic test teams Job Description and Responsibilities Responsible for the electrical test stations within their business unit. Key responsibilities/expectations include: * Maintenance of electrical test equipment. * Maintenance of the FIIX system. * Yield of electrical test stations and improvement projects to achieve target metric (>95%) * Process improvements to achieve these metrics * Management of electrical test teams * Procurement of equipment/spare parts * Leading improvement projects * Failure analysis Experience and Requirements * Mechatronics, Electronics, or related Engineering degree. * Knowledge of electronics. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Conversational English. * Metrics-oriented. * Experience in improvement projects. * Experience in managing electrical test teams.
