Technical Requirements **Hard Maintenance (Physical Infrastructure):** * Electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, and HVAC installations. * Coordination of masonry, painting, waterproofing, and finishing work. * Sourcing and negotiation with subcontractors aligned with our pricing guidelines. * Reading and interpretation of architectural and installation blueprints. **Soft Maintenance (Services and Operations):** * Quality control in internal customer service and user experience. * Coordination of security patrols, logbooks, and adherence to operational protocols. * Incident management, reporting, and follow-up with administrative departments.
