Req ID: 76611 **Description** --------------- Drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes through systematic analysis, standardization, implementation, and auditing of operational procedures, with the objective of maximizing resource utilization and ensuring strict compliance with quality, safety, and applicable regulatory standards. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Support DOE initiatives by identifying and validating bonding parameters through analysis of new product characteristics, machine process capabilities, and tooling constraints. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: ability to create formulas and templates, format spreadsheets, and manage data collection, analysis, and interpretation. * Perform machine adjustments for recipe recertification and production requirements. * Operate and monitor equipment according to operational procedures and safety standards. * Prevent recurrence of process issues by developing new bonding programs and implementing POKA\-YOKE. * Contribute to KAIZEN projects focused on continuous improvement of performance, OEE, and product quality. * Optimize process parameters, perform machine adjustments, and provide technical support to technical operators, operators, and fellow technicians. * Efficiently diagnose and resolve basic machine and material problems. * Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in a work environment committed to continuous improvement. * Compile, evaluate, and summarize experimental data to support engineering decision analysis and implementation. * Develop wire bonding programs for new products from scratch. **Required Experience and Skills** ---------------------------------- * Education: High School (preferably technical field). * Use of analog and digital measuring equipment. * Interpretation of electrical and mechanical diagrams. * Report preparation and data handling (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). * Computer operation skills. * Basic English (reading). * Basic knowledge of metrology. **Desired Experience and Skills** --------------------------------- * Technical experience in wire bonding is a significant advantage. * Must demonstrate experience in assembly manufacturing, consistently maintaining a positive and proactive attitude toward job responsibilities. * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, POKAYOKE, etc.) Skyworks is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, supporting diversity in the workplace.
