* Education: Technical degree in machining, manufacturing, or related field * Experience: Minimum 2 years operating CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or 3- and 5-axis machining centers * Responsibilities:\- Operate and monitor CNC machines (3- and 5-axis milling machines, lathes) according to production requirements\- Load materials, install tools, and perform initial adjustments using setup sheets and technical drawings\- Read and interpret mechanical blueprints applying basic GD\&T\- Perform first-piece inspection and in-process checks using instruments such as micrometers and calipers\- Adjust cutting parameters (speed, feed, offsets) to ensure tolerance compliance\- Detect and report tool or machine failures\- Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, following safety standards\- Accurately and promptly complete production and inspection reports * Competencies:\- Mechanical blueprint reading\- Use of measuring instruments\- Basic G-code knowledge\- Attention to detail\- Commitment to quality\- Teamwork\- Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement Required software: CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, Siemens).
