**Branch Manager for a Pharmacy**
**Requirements:**
* 2 years of experience in similar positions.
* Education: Bachelor's degree or technical diploma.
* Availability to rotate shifts: morning, midday, and closing.

* Basic PC and Office software proficiency.

**Job Responsibilities**
* Ensure compliance with institutional metrics by promoting sales to achieve commercial goals, continuously analyzing information displayed on control dashboards.
* Develop sales strategies to meet established objectives.
* Coordinate and supervise the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
* Build strong relationships with current and potential customers.
* Develop customer service team members' service skills and product offering capabilities through appropriate professional image.
* Supervise accurate inventory updates, product facing, branch cleanliness, and the professional appearance of the assigned team.
* Conduct timely multifunctional tracking of star products, motivating staff to reach their targets and achieve top sales numbers.
* Prepare daily sales reports as well as daily, weekly, biweekly, or ad-hoc report checklists.
* Register new branch staff members in the system.
* Ensure that supervised personnel comply with the internal work regulations, internal policies, legal guidelines, and service protocols.
* Evaluate supervised personnel by measuring performance, providing feedback, and training them in areas for improvement to deliver better customer service.
* Ensure all pharmacy staff understand their responsibilities and daily tasks and have the necessary supplies to perform their duties effectively.
* Foster a productive and pleasant work environment.

Salary: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
