Summary: Seeking an experienced manufacturing planner to optimize scheduling, improve performance, and coordinate across departments in a dynamic production environment. Highlights: 1. Collaborate across departments to enhance production efficiency **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute the Planner to Schedule exceptions confirmed in 2 Days and Maximum of 5 days. * Schedule the Ship dates for the Sales Order Evaluating available production slots by taking into account: + Current backlog + Line Capacity ( FA and Feeder Plants) + Working Calendar constraints * Consider additional input to Promised Date: + Shipping instructions and INCOTERMS + Shipset lines (including Multi\-sites) + Packaging Directions + Validate Accessories lines ( EBS Vs. Cyberplan) before entire order. + International Orders, stock 1\-week prior promised date * Plan, develop and implement Improvements for LT and performance for order scheduling. * Participate in the inventory reduction plans and follow up on the NPI (MPS) file. Coordinates with the different departments to improve the current performance of the department and production. * **QUALIFICATIONS** **Minimum Job Qualifications:** * 5 years of planning of a manufacturing operation experience. * 3 years of supervising experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Self\-starter. Ability to solve problems, take responsibility and deliver results with a spirit of innovation and a strong commitment to excellence. * Proficiency in use of MS Office Software – advanced PowerPoint skills required. * ORACLE EBS, JAVA * Experience using MRP, MRP II, ERP, JIT, Kanban, production level loading, capacity resource planning, and Production Control. * APICS CPIM or CSCP desired but not required. **Education/Experience** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Manufacturing or Supply Chain field. * **PHYSICAL \& ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS** * **None** **TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED** * None
