Join our team — we’re looking for talent with strategic vision! **Job Objective** Lead financial planning and budgetary control for construction projects, ensuring profitability and feasibility of each project from conception through delivery, in accordance with the high-end standards defining our hotels. **Ethical and Professional Profile Requirements** * **Education:**Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields (degree required). * **Experience:**Minimum of **8 years** leading costs and budgets departments within construction companies. * **Languages:****Advanced English** (ability to negotiate with international suppliers and report to executives). * **Location:**Immediate availability to reside in **Bucerías, Nayarit** (a strategically growing area). **Key Responsibilities** To succeed in this role, your key functions will include: * **Feasibility Analysis:**Develop detailed parametric analyses to evaluate the financial viability of new boutique developments. * **Budgeting:**Prepare a rigorous **Base Budget** prior to commencement of each construction project. * **Team Leadership:**Coordinate and supervise the cost analysts team, ensuring numerical accuracy. * **Tender Management:**Coordinate, define, and structure proposal submissions for tenders and public bids. * **Strategic Reporting:**Prepare and present weekly activity reports, goal achievement status, and budget variances to management. **Desired Technical Competencies** * Proficiency in specialized software (Neodata, Opus, or Presto). * Management of unit prices and catalogs of concepts for luxury finishes. * In-depth knowledge of materials and subcontractor markets in the Nayarit/Jalisco region. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Monthly Salary:**$40,000 to $50,000 MXN (tax-free), based on qualifications and experience. * Statutory benefits * Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM–2 PM Workplace: On-site employment **Desired Education Level:** University degree (completed) **Desired Experience Level:** Managerial level **Departmental Function:** Construction **Industry:** Construction *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69fcba9c45000078005c334a\&source\=indeed*
