




We are seeking a responsible, organized individual with proven administrative experience to support the **daily management and operation of the office**, ensuring the proper functioning of internal processes. The selected candidate will serve as a key support for management and various departments within the firm, maintaining up-to-date controls and providing timely follow-up on administrative tasks. **Requirements** * Minimum **3 years of experience** in a similar administrative role. * Proficiency in administrative systems and office tools (Word, Excel, Zoho Books, or similar). * Excellent **organizational, communication, and follow-up skills**. * Ability to handle confidential information and responsibly manage documents. * Proactive attitude, meticulousness, and strong sense of responsibility. **Main Responsibilities** * Maintain **organization, order, and execution** of daily administrative tasks. * Record and update information in the **administrative system**: invoicing, income, expenses, attendance records, receipts, among others. * Provide **timely follow-up** on payments, collections, due dates, and financial commitments. * Communicate and coordinate information with the **external accounting firm**, ensuring timely delivery of documents and information. * Prepare and present **basic reports** for the board of directors: * Accounts receivable and accounts payable * Staff attendance records * Bank balances * Invoices pending verification * Relevant administrative information * Provide general support to management and other departments as required.
