Ex ejido Coahuila Mexicali, Baja California CP. 21360** Position Objective Maintain the financial and administrative health of the business, ensuring control of accounts, tax compliance, and proper human resources management, so that management can focus on strategic project administration. Responsibilities \- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. \- Perform accurate and timely invoicing. \- Prepare bank reconciliations and financial reports. \- Ensure invoices are received timely and correctly. \- Keep tax information up to date. \- Prepare documentation and reports required by the accounting firm (taxes and payroll). \- Oversee the human resources area: contracts, files, and current documentation. \- Supervise and guide Finance and HR interns. \- Maintain the internal administrative management system updated. Requirements \- 2–3 years of solid experience in administration and/or finance. \- Knowledge of basic financial processes (collections, payments, reconciliations, invoicing). \- Experience handling tax documentation and coordinating with external accountants. \- Organized, disciplined, and committed. \- Ability to supervise and coordinate interns. \- English not required, but a plus (for occasional communication with foreign suppliers/clients). \- Formal education not essential if candidate demonstrates proven ability for the role. \- Verifiable work references.
