**Job Description** **General Description:** Supply materials for work orders through printed labels using the Conveyor for material transportation. Keep the module area clean, organized, and arranged according to established area procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supply all required components in each order's wave completely and correctly, completing the wave picking in the shortest possible time without exceeding the time reflected in the manpower report * Comply with the procedures applicable to this activity * Follow the direction and/or instructions provided by the coordinator * Comply with the 5’s program schedule * Maintain a positive work environment and good discipline during working hours * Maintain good communication with immediate supervisor regarding any situation affecting picking results or necessary process changes to improve quality, efficiency, and/or safety * Follow established company programs, improvements, Kaizen, safety * Properly use equipment provided by the company to perform this activity such as scanners, scales, pickers, reach trucks * Keep boxes closed and maintain a clean and organized work area **Required Competencies:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in Production * Minimum 1 year of experience as a material picker * Minimum 1 year of experience using scanners * Software skills: Scanner operation **Skills:** Communication, teamwork, proactive, results-oriented, sense of urgency, organization, responsibility, discipline. **Education:** Secondary school, high school diploma, or technical degree.
