**Job Description** **General Overview:** The production operator is responsible for separating, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, and packaging, among other activities, the different components of surgical trays as required. **Primary Responsibilities:** * The production operator is responsible for receiving the necessary components to assemble the requested kit * Comply with applicable procedures * Keep the work area clean and organized * Leave workstations neat and clean * Participate in company-required activities and programs * Contribute to personal and company safety **Required Competencies:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in the medical industry (desirable) * 6 months to 1 year of experience in production line work and cleanrooms (desirable) **Skills:** * Communication * Teamwork * Proactive * Results-Oriented * Responsible **Education:** Primary or secondary education.
