**Job Description** **Overview:** The production operator is responsible for separating, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, and packing, among other activities, the different components of surgical trays as required. **Main Responsibilities:** * The production operator is responsible for receiving the necessary components for assembling the requested kit * Comply with applicable procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Leave workstations clean and orderly * Participate in company-required activities and programs * Contribute to personal and company safety **Required Competencies:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in the medical industry (desirable) * 6 months to 1 year of experience working on production lines and in cleanrooms (desirable) **Skills:** * Communication * Teamwork * Proactive * Results-oriented * Responsible **Education:** Primary, secondary.
