We seek individuals passionate about delivering a unique and outstanding shopping experience to our \#cuatroojos customers. **Experience Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Branch Manager in the retail industry * Point-of-sale management at administrative and operational levels * Team management * Performance indicator and goal tracking * Customer service and sales * ERP system proficiency and strong fashion sense * Willingness to work full-time, including Saturdays and Sundays **What Would Give You Extra Points?** * More than 3 years managing personnel. * Cashier experience. * Inventory control **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform cash register closings and reconciliations * Manage staff schedules, calendars, attendance incidents, and supply forms * Analyze daily performance results * Plan and monitor objectives by defining actions that contribute to achieving KPIs * Ensure adherence to retail operational processes (store opening/closing, cash handling, etc.) **Working Hours:** * Monday through Sunday, with two weekdays off * Availability to work mall hours between 10:30 AM \- 9:00 PM **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary \+ bonus * Statutory benefits * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Food vouchers * Major medical expense insurance * Savings fund * December bonuses Thank you for your interest!
