




Job Summary: Provide operational and administrative support to the finance department, ensuring the integrity of accounting information and smooth process execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting Recording and Financial Reporting Provide operational and administrative support to the finance department, ensuring the integrity of accounting information, compliance with current regulations, and smooth collection and payment processes for the organization. * **Billing Management:** Issue, stamp, and send invoices promptly, ensuring compliance with current tax requirements and agreed commercial terms. * **Compliance:** Validate and safeguard clients’ and suppliers’ legal and tax files (compliance opinions, tax status certificates, SAT blacklists, etc.). * **Collections and Payments Management:** Conduct timely follow-up on accounts receivable, apply payments in the system, and support scheduling of supplier payments. * **Pre\-payroll:** Collect attendance records (absences, tardiness, overtime, vacations) for payroll calculation, ensuring timely delivery of information to HR or external accounting. * **Accounting Recording:** Record revenue, expense, and journal entries in accounting software, maintaining up-to-date information for monthly closings. * **Financial Reporting:** Assist in consolidating data for preparing financial statements, cash flow statements, and departmental expense reports. * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** 1–2 years in similar roles (administrative\-accounting). * Proficiency with ERP or accounting software (COI, Contpaqi, SAP B1, Oracle, etc.). * Advanced **Excel** skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP formulas). * Up-to-date knowledge of basic tax laws (CFDI 4\.0\). * **Soft Skills:** Integrity, attention to detail, analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and sense of urgency.
