Job stability and growth opportunities **ARMA PRIVATE SECURITY** We are seeking: **OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR** Position Objective: Coordinate and supervise the proper operation of private security services, ensuring coverage, operational discipline, customer service, and compliance with instructions by assigned personnel. Main Responsibilities: * Ensure full coverage of assigned services. * Supervise operational staff in the field. * Address incidents and resolve operational conflicts. * Prepare operational reports and summaries. * Verify compliance with instructions, policies, and procedures. * Train and develop operational staff. * Follow up on client requirements. * Coordinate shift changes and coverage for absences. Requirements: * Age between 30 and 50 years. * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma. * Valid driver's license for automobile and motorcycle. * Proven experience in operational supervision. * Experience managing teams of more than 80 personnel. * Flexible working hours. * Leadership ability and decision-making skills. * Frustration tolerance and ability to work under pressure. * Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset. * Valid documentation.
