Knowledge: Intermediate Excel skills, experience with procurement systems, understanding of FIFO inventory method, and knowledge of inventory maximum/minimum levels. Availability to comply with working hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 18:00 hrs. Professional recommendation letters required. Preference given to candidates residing near the work location or without transportation issues. **Responsibilities** Maintain constant communication with branches to identify general product minimums and maximums, forecasts and demand analysis, support branch-specific pricing allocation, monitor inventory levels, track purchases and product delivery to CEDIS, coordinate product distribution to branches, and prepare invoice documentation.
